  • Date and time of function
  • What type of event? (launch, awards ceremony, gala dinner…)
  • For outdoor events:Where is the closest power supply?
  • Indication of budget
  • How many guests?
  • Venue
  • Floor plan of the venue with room dimensions
  • Load in bays or access to venue
  • How much time for set-up?
  • Site meeting with client and venue representative
  • Speakers and their technical requirements, microphones & presentation equipment
  • Do you require camera crew for live feed to screen or for film footage?
  • Client to provide a running order of the event to crew
  • Will the client be providing meals for the crew, if not client will be charged?

Will the client provide accreditation for crew?

Is their entertainment and if so can LP have the technical riders from the artists?

What time will rehearsals/sound checks be?

Does the crew need to strike the venue immediately after the function?
